How we build confidence
We quote part by part and confirm the manufacturer, package, quantity, condition, price, expected lead time and agreed documentation for each supply option. If a customer includes specific documentation or testing requirements in the RFQ, we check availability and record the agreed scope in the formal quotation.
For ongoing requirements, we can discuss rolling forecasts, safety-stock planning, split deliveries, alternative-part sourcing and PCN/EOL risk. Any substitute part remains subject to the customer's engineering and quality approval.
Availability: inquiries can be submitted 24/7. We aim to send an initial response within 24 hours, with quotation timing depending on BOM size and supplier checks.
Our supplier network does not imply authorization for every brand. Brand authorization, source, stock status and documentation are confirmed per quotation.
