YUZCN Return and Exchange Policy


Core Return Principle


Products in brand-new condition without quality defects are not eligible for return or exchange. Return services are only provided for defective products with shortages, damages, or functional defects. No exchange applications of any kind are supported under this policy.

Return Application Requirements


  1. Application Channel: Customers must contact their designated YUZCN sales representative directly to initiate a return application. Return applications through other non-designated channels will not be accepted.
  2. Defect Notification Time Limit: Customers must notify YUZCN in writing of product shortages, damages, or defects within 10 calendar days of actual receipt of the products, and provide supporting documents such as order vouchers, photos/videos of product defects at the same time.
  3. Return Time Limit: After YUZCN reviews and confirms the validity of the return application, the customer must ship the defective products to YUZCN's designated address within 15 calendar days. Failure to do so will be deemed as the customer voluntarily waiving the right to return.

Return Logistics and Fees


  1. Return Shipping Costs: The customer shall bear all logistics costs related to returns. YUZCN shall not be liable for any shipping, insurance or other logistics costs arising from returns.
  2. Service Fee Statement:  2% return service fee or any other form of return service fee shall be charged for all compliant returns under this policy, and there are no hidden fees.

Requirements for Returned Products


Defective products to be returned must retain all original accessories including factory packaging, parts and user manuals. The condition of the products must be consistent with the defective conditions notified in writing, without artificial damage, modification, use, disassembly or other circumstances. Otherwise, YUZCN has the right to refuse acceptance of the return.

Refund Processing


After YUZCN receives and inspects the returned products and confirms their eligibility, a full refund will be processed for the customer via the original payment method within 7 business days. The refund arrival time shall be subject to the rules of the payment institution.
