Yuzx Logistics Service Terms


Scope of Application


These terms apply to the logistics and delivery services of all product orders from Yuzx, covering the entire process from the dispatch of orders from our warehouse to the delivery at the customer's designated destination.

1. Fee-Bearing Rules


  1. Shipping Fee Liability: All logistics-related fees for orders, including basic shipping fees, fuel surcharges, remote area surcharges, expedited delivery fees, etc., shall be borne by the customer. The shipping fee shall be subject to the real-time price displayed on the system when the customer places the order.
  2. Insurance Premium Liability: If the customer needs to purchase logistics insurance for the order, the relevant insurance premium shall be borne by the customer. The customer may independently choose whether to purchase insurance and the insured amount when placing the order. For orders without insurance, the customer shall bear the risk of goods during logistics transportation.
  3. Customs Duties and Clearance-Related Fees Liability: All taxes incurred in the destination country/region for the ordered goods, including import duties, value-added tax, consumption tax, customs clearance fees, etc., shall be borne by the customer. The customer shall independently understand and comply with the import policies and customs clearance regulations of the destination country/region, and pay the relevant taxes in a timely manner.

2. Customs Clearance Responsibility


  1. The customer shall provide accurate and complete customs clearance information (including but not limited to recipient information, product declaration information, etc.) when placing the order. Any consequences and fees caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, such as customs clearance delays, cargo detention, and fines, shall be borne by the customer.
  2. If the goods are seized or confiscated due to violation of the import regulations of the destination country/region, the relevant losses shall be borne by the customer, and we shall not be liable for any responsibility.

3. Risk Transfer


Once the goods are delivered by us to the cooperating logistics carrier, the ownership of the goods and the risk of damage or loss during transportation shall be transferred to the customer. The logistics transportation time is only an estimated time, and we do not guarantee the on-time delivery of goods. We shall not be liable for delays caused by uncontrollable factors such as carriers, weather, and customs inspection.

4. Other Provisions


Matters not covered by these terms shall be governed by Yuzx Terms of Service and relevant laws and regulations. We reserve the right to adjust the content of these terms according to actual conditions. The revised terms will be posted on the official website and shall take effect immediately upon posting.
