1N5819 Schottky Barrier Diode

Schottky diodes have low forward voltage drop and fast switching speeds compared with a rectifier diode. Because of its high switching speed it is commonly used in Inverters and DC-DC Converters. The downside of the diode is that it has low reverse breakdown voltage. The features of the 1N5819 diode are:
