The 74HC366/74HCT366 is high-speed Si-gate CMOS devices designed to be pin-compatible with Low-power Schottky TTL (LSTTL). These ICs function as hex inverting buffer/line drivers with 3-state outputs.
Key Features:
- Inverting Outputs: The outputs of the device are inverted.
- 3-State Outputs: The outputs can be in one of three states - high, low, or high-impedance OFF-state. The state is controlled by the output enable inputs (OE1 and OE2).
