CD4043 Quad NOR R-S Latch Tri-State IC - SOIC-16 SMD Package

The CD4043 Quad NOR R-S Latch Tri-State IC - SOIC-16 SMD Package is a CMOS quad NOR R/S latch featuring 3-state outputs. Each latch comes with a separate Q output and individual SET and RESET inputs. The Q outputs are managed by a common ENABLE input. When the ENABLE input is high (logic "1"), the latch states are connected to the Q outputs. When the ENABLE input is low (logic "0"), the latch states are disconnected from the Q outputs, creating an open circuit condition. This open circuit feature enables common busing of the outputs.
