DP2281 High-Performance Current Mode PWM Controller �SOT23-6 Package

The DP2281 is a highly integrated current mode PWM control IC optimized for high performance, low standby power, and cost-effective offline flyback converter applications. It features a fixed 65kHz switching frequency and operates in extended burst mode at no or light load conditions to minimize switching loss, achieving less than 75mW standby power. The IC offers comprehensive protection coverage with automatic self-recovery features, including cycle-by-cycle current limiting (OCP), overload protection (OLP), on-chip thermal shutdown (OTP), VDD over-voltage protection (OVP), and VDD under-voltage lockout (UVLO). Excellent EMI performance is achieved with frequency shuffling and soft totem-pole gate drive.
