24C64 EEPROM IC

The 24C64 IC is a 64 Kbit serial electrically erasable PROM (EEPROM) organized as eight blocks of 1K, each having 8 bits (8K x 8 bits).  It also offers page-write capabilities of up to 32 bytes of data with a data retention of more than 40 years. This I2C complaint IC permits a maximum of 8 devices to share a common 2 wire bus. It operates on voltage range between 2.5V to 5.5V at clock frequency of up to 400 KHz.
