This 7-inch touchscreen display with an 800 x 480 resolution is perfect for building interactive Raspberry Pi projects such as tablets, entertainment systems, or information dashboards. It draws power directly from the Raspberry Pi, so no external power supply is needed.

With Raspberry Pi OS, the display supports drivers for a ten-finger touch interface and an on-screen keyboard, allowing full functionality without the need for a physical keyboard or mouse.

The display connects through an adapter board that manages both power and signal conversion. You only need two connections: power from the GPIO port and a ribbon cable to the DSI port (excluding the Raspberry Pi 400 and Raspberry Pi Zero models).
